Event Description:
It is easier than you think to find release from the day’s pressures and develop skills that help us to manage stress, improve quality of sleep and energy levels and become more resilient to daily challenges.

Restoration Station was borne from the idea of our life journey being like any other journey. We need breaks from the momentum, to refresh and revitalise to continue safely and to our best ability. In a few short months our small community has seen both experienced and inexperienced meditators develop tools for coping with this life’s extraordinary demands.

Each session begins with one of a range of breathwork techniques, to help us ease into a longer relaxation. We also explore various styles of relaxation, so we can experience which works best for our individual needs and develop our own toolbox of resources.

With the option to join up to three times a week, we are seeing the benefits of developing a regular, supported practice that we can carry into daily life. Sound is often incorporated to enhance the effects and each session is different. Various meditation styles, along with Yoga Nidra and guided visualisations are experienced, so please feel welcome to join in the occasional session or more regularly to see how the practice affects your quality of life.
