About Organisers
My first teaching qualification was with the creators of Seasonal Yoga in 2016. I went on to train with leaders in the fields of yoga for anxiety, trauma and PTSD; children with special needs and Seniors. I completed further Seasonal Yoga training two years later. Recalling how I came to yoga later in life and after a long illness, yoga's focus on our 'connections' and Seasonal Yoga's embracing of nature and wisdom from various traditions appealed to me. It enhances our practice and remains vitally important to me as something I want to share, having experienced some life-changing benefits for myself. The result is a growing confidence in identifying our prevailing needs and developing the skills to respond to our needs as they change. This ensures that we carry the benefits forward from the mat into daily life, holistically. A contemplative practice designed to help each of us find our flow, slow down when needed, focus and breathe more effectively. The goal is a process of self-enquiry, restoration, intention-setting, resilience and building determination...all by finding our most needed connections. I look forward to sharing this part of your journey!
