Namaste! I began practicing Hatha yoga in 2008. After suffering from an illness for a few years, I very quickly noticed the many health benefits that came with my own practice and decided I would like to make a career out of something that I love to do. I noticed that not only was my body becoming healthier and stronger but my heart was becoming happier and my mind was calmer. I was amazed by all the benefits so, I thought, perhaps I could try to help others too. I began an intensive teacher training course over two years and finally qualified in 2015. Hatha yoga has opened so many doors for me and I am incredibly grateful to have found this practice and how it has changed my life. I am very passionate about everything yoga, to the physical practice, re-learning how to breathe, living my life in a more simple way and sharing the true meaning of yoga with like minded open hearted souls.
