Info: Making a little time for self-care is always important for maintaining well being – and especially so now.
Using Pranayama (breath work), Meditation and (sometimes) soothing sound vibrations to help you through the week, join in whenever you can – Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 6.15pm for 30 minutes
