Event Description:

Improve physical strength, flexibility and bring more balance and harmony to your life at FREE outdoor community yoga sessions in the Gardens of our Eco Farm.

The class is suitable for beginners and all fitness levels.

WEATHER PERMITTING

If it rains, the event will be cancelled.

When the forecast is looking good – please bring warm clothes just in case.

BOOKING IS ESSENTIAL

The number of participants allowed to practice sport outdoors is limited to 15 people (https://www.gov.scot/news/changes-to-level-4-restrictions/).

There is also Government’s requirement for Track & Trace.

SOCIAL DISTANCING

Bring your own mat (if you don’t have one – we can provide one).

Mats will be at least 2 meters apart and all facing the same direction.

Numbers are limited to enable us to maintain a safe distance.

There will be no hands-on adjustments.

SOCIALISING

While the current government’s guidelines allow to do a group exercise for up to 15 people, there is still a limitation for meeting to socialise outdoors for up to 6 people. Therefore, unfortunately, after the session we won’t be able to stay together much longer to socialise, however that will come in due course.

MASKS

Kindly wear masks until you get to the yoga spot in the OM Garden, where you can take them off.

ABOUT OUR YOGA TEACHERS

The classes are taught by certified yoga teacher Richard Fedorko.

If you are coming by car, you can park at our car park at the top of Bankhouse Road;

If you are coming by foot, as you walk up the Bankhouse Road and enter our Eco Farm, follow the signs for the OM Garden.
